Handcrafted artisanal hardwood cutting boards.

Scope

A small collection of various cutting boards and chopping blocks

Location

Austin, Texas

A staple of most creative woodworkers, especially at the start of their woodworking journeys. I happen to make quite a few of these and have picked up my own "style" of handcrafted artisanal hardwood cutting boards.

- I like a good edge-grain board with different species of hardwood stacked together for contrast.
- Mostly with a juice groove that runs slightly inwards in the middle as opposed to straight along the edge.
- I also like to taper the edges of the board for better handling. This looks much better than awkward finger grooves on the sides.
- No rubber feet - I don't do this for plenty of reasons.

Cutting boards, butcher blocks, chopping boards, carving blocks, charcuterie platters, tapas boards, and graze boards all in the same vein.
